Copyright Infringement Policy

WorklyTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our platform.

DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content on WorklyTools, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • Your name, address, email, and phone number
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

WorklyTools will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to block access to our services for users who engage in repeated copyright infringement.
